Empra is a family-run flooring and tiling business. There's no subcontractor lottery — the people who quote your job are the people who lay it, and they answer for it afterwards.
Every installer is NTG-trained with at least six years on the tools. Our crews run tight: two installers and one labourer per site, so work stays consistent from set-out to final grout.

We work to sensible thresholds so small jobs stay viable — we'll tell you upfront if your job falls under our minimum, and what your options are.
Absolutely. Plenty of clients supply their own tiles or flooring. We'll check suitability and quantities before we start, and quote labour accordingly.
Yes. Removal of existing tiles, flooring or carpet plus tip fees can be included as a line item in your quote.
In many cases yes, provided the existing bed is sound, level and correctly prepared with the right primer. We'll assess and advise honestly.
Engineered timber, hybrid, vinyl plank, laminate and carpet — including herringbone and parquetry layouts.
Where required. Self-levelling and grinding are quoted separately so you can see exactly what the prep costs.
Sometimes — it depends on the substrate, height tolerances at doors and moisture. We'll confirm before quoting.
Yes, we can remove, refit or supply new skirting and scotia as part of the job.
Yes — a deposit confirms your booking and covers materials. Larger jobs run on staged payments through the build.
